A triple award winning wine, this weeks' Kramer's Wine of the Week is Cantina Santa Maria La Palma Le Bombarde Cannonau Di Sardegna.

This Cannonau is full and warm, velvety, and very harmonious with a characteristic finish with balanced tannins.

Le Bombarde wine takes its name from the beach of the same name where the vineyards of the red grapes Cannonau di Sardegna and Monica di Sardegna are still located. The cannons, depicted on the label, are a symbol of the defense and pride of Sardinia’s coastal territory, which over the centuries suffered invasions from various peoples, including the Aragonese and Spanish. They are emblematic of the strong and decisive character of these vines.
