1. Control and Restraint

All pets must remain under the owner’s immediate control at all times. Pets must be securely held, kept in a carrier, or restrained on a non-retractable leash.

2. Health, Behavior, and Liability

By bringing your pet into the market, you certify that they are current on all vaccinations and are well-socialized.

• Conduct: Owners assume full legal and financial responsibility for their pet’s behavior. We reserve the right to ask that any pet exhibiting aggressive or disruptive behavior be removed from the premises.

• Merchandise & Property: Owners are held financially responsible for the replacement cost of any merchandise or store property damaged, soiled, or rendered unsellable by their pet.

3. Cleanliness and Accidents

We strive to maintain a clean environment for all shoppers. While we understand that accidents can happen, owners are expected to notify staff immediately if a mess occurs. For your convenience, cleaning supplies and paper towels are available at the register.

4. Treats and Dietary Safety

Kramer’s Market may offer complimentary treats for our feline and canine visitors. We will always request owner consent before offering any food item.

• Assumption of Risk: Acceptance of a treat serves as a waiver of liability for Kramer’s Market regarding any adverse reactions, allergies, or illness.

• Owner Responsibility: It is the owner’s sole responsibility to determine if an offered treat is safe for their pet’s specific dietary needs.

• Transparency: Full ingredient lists for all provided treats are available upon request at the register.
