We are so proud to welcome our friend Jose and his beautiful Legacy Fresh coffees for a new monthly pop up, happening every final Sunday of the month.
You know the bags, Natural Aura from Honduras, radiant, layered, smooth, with notes of pear, strawberry, vanilla. Velvet Reserve New Harvest, bright, clean, refined from the Honduran highlands. And Brisa Alta Peaberry from Guatemala, lush, elevated, tropical, grown high in Acatenango at 1,622 meters.
This is more than coffee. One is roasted and packaged in Honduras, the others roasted in Honduras and Guatemala before being packaged in the USA. It is coffee that honors where it comes from and the people who grow it. It is hope in a cup.
